Richard Tripp, Owner

With over two decades of diverse home building and renovation experience, Red Seal-certified carpenter Richard Tripp and his family made Fort McMurray their home a few years ago. After a stint as a foreman in a local industrial services and renovation company, Richard was eager to return to his true passion, namely helping homeowners recreate spaces that fit their needs and are functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Having spent two decades working closely with individual homeowners while employing his creative problem-solving skills, Richard recognized the need locally for high-quality workmanship and reliable renovation services. Thus, McMurray Renovations Ltd was established. With a background ranging from building high-end custom homes and complete renovations to managing more minor repairs and routine home maintenance, Richard is committed to delivering the same committed service to every project, whether large or small. He understands that sometimes minor repairs can be all that is needed for better functionality while, at times, major renovation is required.

As a certified Red Seal Carpenter, Richard can deliver a full range of services, including practical project management. With formal interior design education Richard is pleased to consult on design, layout and finishing options. In addition, Richard is committed to rebuilding spaces to ensure they suit your lifestyle and family needs while allowing you a stress-free and positive renovation experience.
