Our approach is simple: we manage all our projects as a team and consider our clients, suppliers and subcontractors a partner in our success. While each project scope is different, we take the same steps every time to ensure we deliver a successful product.
Planning (Pre-construction) Phase
Starting from your contact, we assess your requirements, including your timeline, objectives and budget considerations. We will supply you with a quote for our services in writing, a contract with our terms, an estimated schedule, an on-site visit for detailed measurements, a design consultation if desired, and materials specifications. Depending on the scope of your project, we will set you up with client access to our cloud-based project management program Co-construct. This will allow you access to real-time project information, including photos, materials specs and pricing, scheduling, etc., and the ability to communicate with us whenever it suits your schedule. All your finishing choices are tracked and recorded and must be approved by you. This allows us to remain error-free and for you to have peace of mind.
Construction Phase
We understand that renovations can be disruptive to your regular daily routines and endeavour to minimize the impacts. We keep in contact with you during the process and ensure all your questions are addressed. As with any renovation, we have come to expect the unexpected and are committed to offering you alternatives. All changes, whether initiated by you or a construction necessity, will be accompanied by a written Change Order to remove uncertainty.
We understand the need to be flexible and respectful of your home, and we take pride in treating your home as if it were our own.
Project Delivery, Warranty and Follow Up
Upon completion, we will invite you to review the project with us. We will address any deficiencies and hand you documents such as manuals, warranty certificates and product specifications. A 1-year workmanship warranty guarantees all our work.
